Holler! Yeah...I go to hip hop once a week so I think that entitles me to use words like that! Right? Not to mention I'm brown! So Boo YA(yeah another slang!) Okay So I'm letting all you st.georgians know that every Wednesday at 6:30 at golds gym there is a hip hop class taught by my friends Tia and Irene! They are amazing dancers, and the class is seriously a hoot!!! It's not totally advanced, so anyone can do it! You just have to be a little gangsta sometimes! Not that I have room to talk cause here I am eating an all natural Larabar as I type, and I just said the word "Hoot" in this paragraph! Word! So...Lindsey, Rachel, Tara.....And anyone else reading this, I know you have been dying to shake your tailfeathers with me on wednseday nights! It's so much fun and a good workout too believe it or not! Seriously come join the fun!!!

jocelyn, even though I don't have much rhythm I totally would go if I lived there, I loved that class, I bet your friends are great teachers, the striptease aerobics was still the most fun thing I ever did!!!!

I totally wish there was still striptease aerobics!! I would go! I also wish there was that striper pole aerobics class to! How fun would that be!? I sound like a porn star now...
Jocelyn, you are too funny. Even if I lived in STG and I went everyone would be laughing AT ME not dancing. But it is fun...I have tried the hip hop classes and I still wish I could dance!!

Oh man, one time I went with my sister in law to a cardio tease class, and I felt like such a ho bag! We had so much fun laughing and feeling silly together, and it actually was a really good work out. But I swear, we gave the guys in the gym quite the show that day.

That sounds like a blast but if I attempted to do then everyones abs would be the only thing working cause you'd be laughing at me the whole time. I believe I am the worlds worst dancer.
